At 21 years of age Theresa became the mother of Jeannine Carpentier in St. Thomas, Ont., 1949. At 22 years of age Theresa became the mother of Murielle Carpentier in St. Thomas, Ont., 1950.

Theresa Durand and Florent Carpentier had the following children:
