Francis died 24 Jun 1990 in Cartersville, Ga, at 52 years of age.

He married Valerie Bremer in Webster, Wi, 18 Aug 1962. Valerie became the mother of Craig Lawrence Pratt in Grantsburg, Wi, 30 Oct 1963. Valerie became the mother of Barry Charles Pratt in Grantsburg, Wi, 4 Oct 1964. Valerie became the mother of Faith Louise Pratt 31 Dec 1966.

At 25 years of age Francis became the father of Craig Lawrence Pratt in Grantsburg, Wi, 30 Oct 1963. At 26 years of age Francis became the father of Barry Charles Pratt in Grantsburg, Wi, 4 Oct 1964. At 28 years of age Francis became the father of Faith Louise Pratt 31 Dec 1966.
