He married twice. He married Elizabeth-Agnes Michel in Notre Dame De Quebec, Quebec, 9 Sep 1698. Elizabeth-Agnes was born in Bonsecours Pb©iaa L'islet 16 Jun 1682. Elizabeth-Agnes was the daughter of Olivier Michel* dit LeTardif et Taillon and Marie-Madeleine Cauchon. Elizabeth-Agnes died 12 May 1718 in Saint-antoine De Tilly, Que, at 35 years of age. Her body was interred 15 May 1718 in Saint-antoine De Tilly, Que. At 18 years of age Elizabeth-Agnes became the mother of Louis Durand in Quebec City, Que, 13 Aug 1700. At 20 years of age Elizabeth-Agnes became the mother of Antoine Durand in St-jean, I.o., Que, 1702. At 22 years of age Elizabeth-Agnes became the mother of Anne Durand in St. Nicholas De Tilly, Que, 1704. At 24 years of age Elizabeth-Agnes became the mother of Angelique Durand in St. Nicholas De Tilly, Que, 1706. At 26 years of age Elizabeth-Agnes became the mother of Elisabeth Durand in Unknown Place, 1708. At 27 years of age Elizabeth-Agnes became the mother of Genevieve Durand in St. Nicholas De Tilly, Que, 25 Dec 1709. At 29 years of age Elizabeth-Agnes became the mother of Charlotte Durand in St. Nicholas De Tilly, Que, 1711. At 31 years of age Elizabeth-Agnes became the mother of Marie-Louise Durand in St. Nicholas De Tilly, Que, 1713. At 33 years of age Elizabeth-Agnes became the mother of Magdeleine Durand in St. Nicholas De Tilly, Que, 1715. At 35 years of age Elizabeth-Agnes became the mother of Pierre Durand in Saint-antoine De Tilly, Que, 1717. He married Jeanne Houde in St. Nicholas De Tilly, Que, 30 Jan 1718/9. Jeanne was born in Ste-famille, I.o., Quebec 24 Aug 1685. Jeanne was the daughter of Jean Houde and Anne Rouleau. Jeanne died 6 May 1749 in Lavaltrie [berthier], Que, at 63 years of age. At 34 years of age Jeanne became the mother of Marie-Ursule Durand in Saint-antoine De Tilly, Que, 1720. At 36 years of age Jeanne became the mother of Marie-Jeanne Durand in Saint-antoine De Tilly, Que, 1722. At 38 years of age Jeanne became the mother of Marie-Charlotte Durand in Lavaltrie [berthier], Que, 1724. At 40 years of age Jeanne became the mother of Joseph Durand in Lavaltrie [berthier], Que, 1726.

At 29 years of age Louis became the father of Louis Durand in Quebec City, Que, 13 Aug 1700. At 31 years of age Louis became the father of Antoine Durand in St-jean, I.o., Que, 1702. At 33 years of age Louis became the father of Anne Durand in St. Nicholas De Tilly, Que, 1704. At 35 years of age Louis became the father of Angelique Durand in St. Nicholas De Tilly, Que, 1706. At 37 years of age Louis became the father of Elisabeth Durand in Unknown Place, 1708. At 39 years of age Louis became the father of Genevieve Durand in St. Nicholas De Tilly, Que, 25 Dec 1709. At 40 years of age Louis became the father of Charlotte Durand in St. Nicholas De Tilly, Que, 1711. At 42 years of age Louis became the father of Marie-Louise Durand in St. Nicholas De Tilly, Que, 1713. At 44 years of age Louis became the father of Magdeleine Durand in St. Nicholas De Tilly, Que, 1715. At 46 years of age Louis became the father of Pierre Durand in Saint-antoine De Tilly, Que, 1717. At 49 years of age Louis became the father of Marie-Ursule Durand in Saint-antoine De Tilly, Que, 1720. At 51 years of age Louis became the father of Marie-Jeanne Durand in Saint-antoine De Tilly, Que, 1722. At 53 years of age Louis became the father of Marie-Charlotte Durand in Lavaltrie [berthier], Que, 1724. At 55 years of age Louis became the father of Joseph Durand in Lavaltrie [berthier], Que, 1726.

Louis Durand and Elizabeth-Agnes Michel had the following children:

12 ii. Antoine Durand was born in St-jean, I.o., Que 1702. Antoine died 1719 at 17 years of age.

+ 13 iii. Anne Durand was born 1704.

14 iv. Angelique Durand was born in St. Nicholas De Tilly, Que 1706. She married Jean Boudon Dit Lariviere in Lavaltrie [berthier], Que, 1725.

+ 15 v. Elisabeth Durand was born 1708.

16 vi. Genevieve Durand was born in St. Nicholas De Tilly, Que 25 Dec 1709. Genevieve died 21 Jan 1709/10 in St. Nicholas De Tilly, Que, at less than one year of age.

+ 17 vii. Charlotte Durand was born 1711.

18 viii. Marie-Louise Durand was born in St. Nicholas De Tilly, Que 1713. Marie-Louise died 1719 at 6 years of age.

+ 19 ix. Magdeleine Durand was born 1715.

+ 20 x. Pierre Durand was born 1717.

Louis Durand and Jeanne Houde had the following children:

21 xi. Marie-Ursule Durand was born in Saint-antoine De Tilly, Que 1720. Marie-Ursule died 1797 in Berthier [berthierville] Que, at 77 years of age. She married Jacques Martin Dit Pelland in Lanoraie [berthier], Que, 1747. Jacques is the son of Yves Martin dit Pelland and Marie Piet dit Trempe.

+ 22 xii. Marie-Jeanne Durand was born 1722.

23 xiii. Marie-Charlotte Durand was born in Lavaltrie [berthier], Que 1724. Marie-Charlotte died 1724 in Contrecoeur, Que, at less than one year of age.

+ 24 xiv. Joseph Durand was born 1726.
