He married Emilie Laporte. Emilie became the mother of Marie Durand in Saint-Norbert [Berthier], Que, 1850. Emilie became the mother of Marie-Edwige Durand in Saint-Norbert [Berthier], Que, 1853.

At 20 years of age Pierre became the father of Marie Durand in Saint-Norbert [Berthier], Que, 1850. At 23 years of age Pierre became the father of Marie-Edwige Durand in Saint-Norbert [Berthier], Que, 1853.

Pierre Durand and Emilie Laporte had the following children:

754 i. Marie⁷ Durand was born in Saint-Norbert [Berthier], Que 1850.

755 ii. Marie-Edwige Durand was born in Saint-Norbert [Berthier], Que 1853.
