He married twice. He married Alida Lucier 1903. Alida was born in Rhinelander, WI. Alida died in Rhinelander, WI. Alida became the mother of Lucille Marie Durand 1 Jul 1895. Alida became the mother of Frank Joseph Durand in Turtle Lake, WI, 25 Oct 1897. Alida became the mother of Oliver Durand 1899. He married Juliene Mondor 1913.

At 23 years of age Francis became the father of Lucille Marie Durand 1 Jul 1895. At 25 years of age Francis became the father of Frank Joseph Durand in Turtle Lake, WI, 25 Oct 1897. At 27 years of age Francis became the father of Oliver Durand 1899.

Francis Durand and Alida Lucier had the following children:

1662 i. Stella⁸ Durand. Stella died in Rhinelander, WI.

1663 ii. Lucille Marie Durand was born 1 Jul 1895. Lucille died 25 Apr 1986 at 90 years of age. She married Abraham Borklin 24 Sep 1918. Abraham was born 14 Sep 1890. Abraham died 17 Aug 1976 at 85 years of age.

+ 1664 iii. Frank Joseph Durand was born 25 Oct 1897.

+ 1665 iv. Oliver Durand was born 1899.
