He married Delvina Legare in St-Gabriel-de-Brandon (Berthie, Que, 1900. Delvina was born 1880. Delvina died 1964 at 84 years of age. At 21 years of age Delvina became the mother of Marie Bernadette Durand in Saint-Jean-de-Matha [Joliette], Que, 1901. At 22 years of age Delvina became the mother of Luciana Durand in Saint-Jean-de-Matha [Joliette], Que, 23 Apr 1903. At 24 years of age Delvina became the mother of Henri Durand in St-Gabriel-de-Brandon (Berthie, Que, 1904.
