She married Clifford Henderson. Clifford became the father of Virginia Henderson 1918. Clifford became the father of Lorraine Henderson 1919. Clifford became the father of Shirley Henderson 1920.

At 27 years of age Regina became the mother of Virginia Henderson 1918. At 28 years of age Regina became the mother of Lorraine Henderson 1919. At 29 years of age Regina became the mother of Shirley Henderson 1920.

Regina Comtois and Clifford Henderson had the following children:
