He married Martha Behselich in Pittsville, Wi, Aug 1929. Martha became the mother of David Durand in Wood County, Wi, 15 Aug 1930. Martha became the mother of Joanne Durand in Waukesha, Wi, 3 Dec 1934. Martha became the mother of Thomas Durand in Waukesha, Wi, 17 Aug 1945.

At 22 years of age Victor became the father of David Durand in Wood County, Wi, 15 Aug 1930. At 26 years of age Victor became the father of Joanne Durand in Waukesha, Wi, 3 Dec 1934. At 37 years of age Victor became the father of Thomas Durand in Waukesha, Wi, 17 Aug 1945.
